Hosting
This website is hosted on Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit this site, Netlify may process your IP address, browser type, and access times in server logs. This processing is necessary for the operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to understand how visitors use this website. GA4 collects anonymized usage data such as pages visited, session duration, and referral source. We have enabled IP anonymization. Data is processed based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies or using the cookie consent banner.
Payment processing
Purchases are processed through Stripe (Stripe Technology Europe, Limited, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2, Ireland). When you make a purchase, Stripe collects your payment information (card details, billing address, email) directly on their hosted checkout page. We do not see or store your full card details. Stripe processes this data as a data processor on our behalf and as an independent controller for fraud prevention. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract). Contact and inquiry forms
When you submit a contact or inquiry form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company, message, and any optional fields). This data is sent to us via email notification and is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to inquiries). We do not share form submissions with third parties.
Email newsletter
If you sign up for email updates, your email address is processed by Kit (formerly ConvertKit, Kit Technologies Inc., Boise, Idaho, USA). We use double opt-in: you will receive a confirmation email before being added to our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Transactional email
We use Resend (Resend, Inc., San Francisco, USA) to send transactional emails such as purchase confirmations and form submission notifications. Your email address is processed solely for the purpose of delivering these messages. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at escape@pocprison.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The responsible authority for North Rhine-Westphalia is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (LDI NRW).
Data retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by law. Purchase records are retained for the legally required period (10 years under German tax law). Form submissions are retained for the duration of the business relationship. Analytics data is automatically deleted after 14 months.
Terms of Service
Scope
These terms apply to all purchases and services offered through escape.pocprison.com. The seller is Luise Freese, Uerdinger Str. 26, 40474 Düsseldorf, Germany.
Products and delivery
Digital products (toolkits, templates, frameworks) are delivered electronically immediately after successful payment. You will receive an email with a download link and can also download directly from the checkout success page. No physical goods are shipped.
Prices and taxes
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and are net prices. VAT is calculated and added automatically at checkout based on your location, in accordance with applicable tax regulations. You will receive a full invoice with VAT details after every purchase.
Payment
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. For enterprise purchases, invoice-based payment via bank transfer is available upon request. Contact us at escape@pocprison.com to request a formal offer with invoice.
License and usage rights
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials within your organization. The Enterprise Toolkit license is for internal use only and does not permit use with external clients. The Consultant / Partner Toolkit includes a commercial license for use in client engagements. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of the materials is not permitted.
Right of withdrawal
Since the products are digital goods delivered immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires upon delivery, in accordance with § 356(5) BGB and Art. 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By completing the purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the expiration of your right of withdrawal.
Refunds
If you experience technical issues with the download or the product does not match its description, contact us at escape@pocprison.com. We will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.
Guided programs and consulting
The Guided Production Program and other consulting services are delivered under separate engagement agreements. These are not covered by the standard terms above. Scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms are agreed individually.
Liability
The materials provided are frameworks, templates, and guidance. They do not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice. Results depend on your organization's specific context and execution. We are not liable for business outcomes resulting from the use of these materials. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. If you are a consumer within the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
