What is the difference between the guided program and the toolkit?
The toolkit gives you the structure. The guided program gives you execution, leadership, and experience.With the toolkit, you run the Escape POC Prison Program yourself. You get the same frameworks and templates to run independently; without the advisory. You are responsible for facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, making decisions, and driving progress.With the guided program, Luise leads the program end-to-end over 90 days. She brings her experience as an architect working with organizations on real-world delivery, and actively drives the program from start to finish. This includes facilitating all key workshops, aligning business and technology stakeholders, challenging assumptions, and ensuring that decisions are made and followed through.The focus is not on producing documents; it is on getting one AI initiative into production, with clear ownership, defined boundaries, and operational readiness. More importantly, the program establishes the capability to repeat this; so that after the 90 days, you are able to bring additional AI use cases into production with confidence.If you have strong internal capability, the toolkit may be enough. If you want a proven program with external expertise and accountability, the guided program is the better fit.
Is there support included with the toolkit?
No. The enterprise toolkit is a set of digital assets, no workshops, no coaching calls, no facilitation, no handholding. Your team is fully responsible for scheduling, facilitating, tracking, and driving execution. If you need external guidance and accountability, look at the guided program instead. Consultant toolkit subscribers get 5 hours of support from Luise per year.
Purchasing & Procurement
Can we purchase via procurement / invoice?
Yes. Use the 'Request Formal Offer' option on any offer page. We will provide a formal quote suitable for enterprise procurement processes, with invoice-based payment available.
Will we receive a proper invoice if we pay by card?
Yes. Every purchase generates a full invoice including VAT, your company details, and all line items, regardless of payment method. You will receive the invoice link immediately after checkout and in your confirmation email. If your organization prefers to pay by bank transfer instead of card, that is also possible: request a formal offer, and we will send you an invoice that you can settle via bank transfer. You will receive access to the toolkit right after payment is received.
Who qualifies for non-profit pricing?
Non-profit pricing is for legally registered non-profit organizations, NGOs, and charitable foundations. We may ask for documentation to verify your status. This is not for commercial organizations that feel budget-constrained. It is specifically for organizations with formal non-profit status. If you are a for-profit enterprise, the enterprise toolkit is priced fairly at €499.
Consultant License
What does the consultant license include?
The consultant toolkit includes the full enterprise toolkit plus white-label ready client-facing materials, client proposal templates, a delivery guide, an engagement scoping framework, and a commercial license to use the frameworks with your clients. The annual subscription includes quarterly updates, 5 hours of support from Luise, and 3 copies of the book.Note: The enterprise license is for internal use only and does not permit use with external clients. If you plan to use the frameworks in client engagements, the consultant license is required.
What does the annual renewal for the consultant toolkit include?
Your subscription renews annually at €2999. While active, you get: continued commercial license to use materials with clients, quarterly updates to all templates and frameworks, and 5 hours of support from Luise. If you cancel, you keep everything you received during your subscription, but the commercial usage license and updates stop.

How quickly will I receive the toolkit after purchase?
Immediately. Digital delivery is instant after checkout. You will receive access to all materials right away.

We keep pricing transparent and trust-based. Enterprise licenses are for organizations using the toolkit internally. The consultant license is for professionals delivering the program to their clients: It includes commercial usage rights and client-facing materials that the enterprise license does not.Please do not purchase an enterprise license if you intend to use it with clients, and please do not apply for non-profit pricing if you are a commercial organization.Consultants: the consultant toolkit exists because you need it.
